Will you accept and reuse my leftover styrofoam peanuts and packing materials?

Gladly! We're committed to recycling and reusing as much as possible! Visit our Recycling page to see just how easy it is to recycle your packing materials at Pak Mail of Cedar Park!

-------

Can you provide estimates for packing and shipping items for sale on eBay?

Absolutely. We understand it can be difficult to estimate shipping costs when listing items online, because 'ship to' information is unknown until the item is sold. We'll provide a 'worst-case scenario' number inclusive of packaging, value coverage, and any carrier-applied surcharges, so your risk is kept to a minimum. We even offer a 15% discount on eBay shipping (excludes US Postal Service)!

-------

Will you pick up items to be shipped?

Sure! Call in advance, and we'll make all the necessary arrangements.

A quick note on paper-wrapping boxes:

Wrapping shipping boxes to enhance appearance or cover original markings is NOT RECOMMENDED. If the wrapping is damaged in transit, the package may become undeliverable. Furthermore, carriers now charge shippers 'additional handling' fees for non-corrugated outer-layer containers. For customers that insist on wrapping boxes, we recommend placing a piece of paper with 'to' and 'from' addresses and phone numbers inside the box as a precaution.
